Daily MIS entry

Fill this every day by 7:00 PM. The MIS report goes out automatically at 7 PM, so anything saved later is missed for that day.

Missed some days? Enter month-to-date totals in one go

Enter the total sales for a site from the first date to the last date below. The total is split evenly across the school days (Sunday–Thursday) in that range, so the month-to-date figures in the report are exact. Use this once to catch up, then enter daily as usual.

The report emails itself every day at 7:00 PM Dhaka time. Use these to check it or send it early.

History

Every saved MIS entry. Totals at the bottom use the same formulas as the email.

Month-end P&L

Enter Finance's closed P&L for a month. Once saved, the MIS report uses it for that month's expenses and EBITDA, and its revenue replaces the daily entries for that month.

Tip: in Finance's P&L file, copy a site's column from Snacks down to Gas (Total Revenue row included) and paste it into that site's Snacks box. It fills the whole column. Discounts can be pasted as negative or positive.
